Important: Trailers can only be attached to standard pedal bikes. They cannot be used with e-bikes, tandem bikes, trikes, or kids' bikes.
Our kids’ trailers feature two seats with safety buckles, a mesh enclosure for airflow, and a clear weather cover with water-resistant zippers — perfect for chilly, windy, or rainy days. There’s also rear cargo space for diaper bags, backpacks, snacks, and more.
Helmet Policy (Required)
By law, all children under the age of 18 must wear a helmet at all times, this includes children riding in trailers.
Helmets are included in your rental fee, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
Important Details
- Minimum age: 12 months AND must be able to sit up independently
- Maximum weight per child: 40 lb / 18 kg
- Total capacity (children + cargo): 100 lb / 40 kg
Please note: Website photos are for reference only. We do have a few different styles of bike trailers - most of our kids' trailers are Burley Bee double trailers.
While our trailers work on most of our bikes, they do not work on all of them. Trailers cannot be used with e-bikes, tandem bikes, trikes, kids bikes, and a select few of our mountain bikes.
Using Your Own Bike
Our trailers fit most (but not all) bikes. Hitches typically do not fit bikes with:
- Disc brakes
- Rear suspension
- Mono-stay frames
If you’re unsure, email us a photo or your bike model and we’ll do our best to advise. Final compatibility can only be confirmed in person.
